Departure

Charter of the Caribbean tours will departure from Puerto del Rey in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. We require all passengers to arrive 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

• Towels

You could always bring your own drinks and food and use the bbq. 

Restrictions 

• Minimum of age is 5 years old.
• By law we are allowed up to 6 passengers.
• For safety reasons we don't recommend participation of any snorkel activity if you have respiratory problems, injuries, heart conditions, or conditions that can cause loss of consciousness. 
• Not recommended for pregnant woman or expecting mothers. 
• No heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
• Not recommended for guest with limited mobility.
• Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
• Not wheelchair accessible. 

Cancellations 

• For an optimal and safe experience, it is essential to follow good weather conditions. If any cancellations from our side, due to poor weather conditions, you will have the option of choosing a different tour date or a refund. 
• For a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation. 
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours we will not be able to offer a refund.
